This project highlights our expertise in delivering complex refurbishments within live hospitality environments while ensuring minimal disruption to guests and staff. Undertaken at the fully operational Temple Bar Hotel, the works were carefully phased to allow the hotel to continue running seamlessly throughout.

The scope included the full strip-out and high-specification fit-out of the main hotel lobby, Buskers Cocktail Bar, and three toilet blocks across both ground and basement levels. Precision planning and execution were central to the project, enabling us to deliver premium finishes that enhanced the overall guest experience.

From the contemporary new lobby to the revitalised atmosphere of Buskers and the upgraded guest facilities, every element was designed and crafted to capture the vibrancy and elegance of Dublin’s iconic cultural quarter.
