On behalf of South Dublin County Council, we successfully delivered refurbishment, and repair works at Quarryvale Family Resource Centre, ensuring the building was upgraded to modern standards while remaining fully operational throughout the programme.

The project involved the erection of external scaffolding, the removal of the existing cladded pitched roof, and the installation of a new roof system. Internally, we carried out a full strip-out and refurbishment of the bathrooms, including the installation of new sanitary ware, tiling, and partitions. Fire safety was enhanced with the upgrade of fire doors across the building.

Externally, works included the repair of façade cracks, full redecoration of the exterior, and the replacement of all aluminium windows and doors with high-quality, energy-efficient systems. Together, these improvements have revitalised the centre, extended the life of the building and created a safer, more welcoming environment for the community.
