Conneally Group were engaged to deliver the complete internal refurbishment of a single-storey building covering approximately 189m². The project aimed to modernise and revitalise the space while maintaining full functionality throughout. Although the works focused mainly on the interior, new windows were also installed along the east and west elevations, enhancing both energy performance and visual appeal.

From the outset, the goal was to breathe new life into the existing building. The team carried out the full replacement of flooring, doors, and frames, constructed new internal partitions to optimise layout, and renewed all skirting boards and architraves. Damp remediation works were completed with precision to ensure the long-term protection of the structure.
The kitchen area was fully transformed with a newly fitted kitchenette, while updated lighting fixtures and a full redecoration of walls, ceilings, doors, and benches brought a fresh, modern finish throughout. Plumbing works were also undertaken to upgrade the existing shower facilities.

Delivered efficiently and to the highest standard, the refurbishment has revitalised the building, creating a clean, functional, and modern space that reflects Conneally Group’s commitment to quality and attention to detail.
