Project Description: This comprehensive refurbishment project at Edward Square Galway involved complete façade renovation of all apartment blocks, including full external render replacement, new fascia and soffit installation, cedar cladding repairs, and external painting throughout. The internal scope encompassed refurbishment of living areas with plastering and painting works, corridor upgrades including new floor finishes and decoration, and critical fire safety improvements through upgrades to existing AOV (Automatic Opening Vent) systems and shaft works.
