New Builds
Conneally Group delivered the full construction of a new two-storey house with an adjoining garage, completed to a high standard of structural quality and workmanship.
The project began with site clearance, formation of haul roads, and installation of Heras fencing to secure the site. Excavation and groundworks were carried out for the raft foundations of both the house and garage, followed by concrete pouring to form the base structures. Internal and external blockwork walls were constructed, incorporating all required window and door openings, and a 150mm hollowcore slab was installed to create the first floor. New high-performance external windows and doors were supplied and fitted.
Mechanical and electrical works included full first and second fix installations, comprising an air-to-water heating system, heat recovery ventilation, underfloor heating, new lighting and power circuits, and integrated smoke and carbon monoxide alarm systems. Internal finishes consisted of plastering to all walls, installation of internal doors, architraves, skirting, kitchen and utility units, and a timber staircase. Wall and floor finishes included high-quality tiling, timber flooring, and carpet, with all surfaces finished through a complete painting and decorating package.
External works included the construction of a new front boundary wall, a rear blockwork wall to form a patio area, and the installation of paving, concrete footpaths, and a tarmac driveway with kerbing and drainage gullies. The site was fully landscaped with fill and topsoil to achieve level lawns, completed with seeding to provide a finished appearance.
This project demonstrates Conneally Group’s capability in delivering new-build residential construction from groundworks through to completion, with full attention to technical quality, safety, and efficiency throughout.
