Project Description: Upgrade works were carried out in line with occupational therapist specifications, including the refurbishment of existing kitchens and bathrooms, installation of Doc M Pack compliant toilet and shower facilities, hygienic PVC Whiterock wall cladding, slip-resistant Altro flooring, new kitchen units, suspended ceiling systems, extraction fans, and accessible ramp and handrail installations—ensuring the homes are safe, functional, and inclusive for all residents.
