At St John of God, we carried out the comprehensive refurbishment of a 110m² dwelling, transforming it into a safe, comfortable, and fully equipped space designed to support independent living. Alongside the upgrade of the existing property, we constructed an 80m² extension with full groundworks, water and drainage connections, ensuring the home could meet modern accessibility and lifestyle needs.

The works included a complete electrical rewire across both the existing dwelling and new extension, the breakout and renewal of floors, and the installation of an efficient plumbing and heating system throughout.
