Project Description: This comprehensive refurbishment of live operational independent living and void dwellings delivered a full internal and external upgrade to modern standards. Works included complete roof replacement, new high-performance windows and doors, full electrical rewire, and installation of an energy-efficient heating system. Internally, the dwellings were transformed with new kitchens (including appliances), sanitary ware, electrical fittings, internal joinery (doors, skirting, architraves), and high-quality floor and wall finishes, all completed with full redecoration. External enhancements included landscaping and fencing works to improve accessibility and aesthetics.
