Project Description: This comprehensive repurposing and refurbishment project at Pluripharm Naas involved complete strip-out of existing office areas, removal and replacement of all floor coverings with carpet tiles, altro flooring, and matwells. Critical safety upgrades included fireproofing of walls between warehouse and office areas, removal and reinstallation of compliant fire doors, and full electrical system upgrade with enhanced lighting and power outlets. The project featured construction of a new first-floor meeting room with glazed screen partition and acoustic barrier above ceiling level, installation of new ceiling tile and grid systems throughout, and comprehensive internal decoration. Additional scope included ambient control heating system installation, new partitions, sluice door provision, warehouse floor and wall painting, and installation of client-specified racking systems, delivering a fully upgraded pharmaceutical-compliant facility.
