Project Description: This complex capacity upgrade project at the historic House Hotel Galway (Reg. No. 30319023 on the National Inventory of Architectural Heritage) was completed while maintaining full operational capacity in the heart of Galway city. The project involved demolishing 70% of the existing ground floor bar area and reconfiguring the reception to accommodate a new breakfast bar. We successfully formed and fitted out six new ground floor bedrooms with ensuites, including one with disabled access, alongside a comprehensive 2025 refurbishment of existing hotel rooms and bar areas, all while preserving the building’s heritage character and ensuring uninterrupted guest services.
